I have a problem with my bike. Its external battery E8000 set up, I press the power button on the battery and nothing happens. I have two batteries and both the same.
I then plugged into to e-tube and its saying that no battery is detected. I have checked the battery connector to the motor and its ok. I checked the connection between the battery and motor with a multi meter and its ok.
All the other cables are properly connected - i'm now at a loss what to check.
Any help much appriciated!
