Hi guys new to this in need of help my bike has blown its motor controller board cant be repaired as some layers have fused, ive contacted all servie agents no one can supply a motor controller saying they can only supply complete unit which is a huge waste not very environmentally friendly. I agreed to get a replacement motor ad it has gone now 7 weeks still not in stock is there anyone that has a faulty board that i can possibly use any help would be much appreciated. I also emailed rocky mountain customer service they just ignored me. suprise they didnt try blaming good old covid for any supply issues.

Is there any parts available on Ebay? I wonder if there was a change up at tech support too. I emailed them about what was the current firmware version 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything. The last time I contacted them I got a reply in 2-3 days.
