DIY e-fatbike..?

Hey all, I've been 'fat curious' for a long time but sadly options to sate my lust in the UK have dwindled, to pretty much zero! So, I'm now thinking about a DIY carbon option but have no idea where to even start looking? If anyone has any experience to share, be that fat-specific or DIY-specific (or both!), I'm all ears! I'm looking for a hardtail with a reach of circa 420-430mm. For info, I'm a former physicist and pro bike mechanic, so theoretically ideally placed for a project like this. You could just get a carbon fat bike of your choice and fit a bafang bbshd/02 or cyc mid drive.
It's a simple and relatively cost effective build.
Bbs02 and battery can be yours for six or seven hundred quid, works well and is very quiet.

I assume you gave up on that project, but if you actually haven't, check this thread, or simply go with the Dengfu E23, E56 frames, if you don't mind the heavier weight of the M620 motor and battery.
