Mine is missing from the box of bits that was supplied with it? I bought it with a range extender as well.

It has a cap that is attached to the frame and hinges closed with a snap.

Yes a cap for the battery when it’s removed.

Sorry, I should have been clearer, it’s a cover for the internal battery port, for when you’re either using it in range extender only mode, or transporting it with the battery out.

That cover should come with the bike. Mine was either in a ziplock-style bag or in the case that contains the owner’s manual.
