Hello fellow riders,

I greet you from France and inform you that I am registering mainly because this forum is the only one that references an issue I am currently experiencing with my 2023 Giant Reign. I will share the feedback I get from Giant and how we managed to resolve this very annoying problem.

But while we're at it, if you are in the Montpellier area and want to go on some challenging enduro rides, don't hesitate to reach out.
