Here’s my 2020 Devinci AC, has a few OneUp upgrades on it. Thinking about putting a 170mm Zeb fork on it along with a 29er to try it out as a mullet setup. Also changed out the Guide RE brakes for some new 4-piston Shimano XTR's with 203mm ICE rotors, a really nice upgrade.

If it's the nx, think of investing first on a decent rear hub.

That's nice, I believe Zeb/Fox 38/Ohlins 38 is the way to go with ebikes. Loved my AC (sold my 2019 with 4000km) but is really like a tank, when you try something more playfull, you realize about that.

It's definitely a burly eBike, it's a great bike though. I don't feel like it does anything bad, might not shine in any one category, but once it's pointed down hill it's sure fun.

I might buy an Orbea Wild FS or a Trek Rail and keep this as a second bike for my wife or son to ride.

I also ordered some 160mm Miranda Delta SH cranks to try out, starting to get a little tired of the peddle strikes with the 170mm cranks that came on the bike.
