did you weight those aluminium plate?

No, but will do when I make another. It’s only 100mm x 273mm x 1.5mm, so it won’t be much. The trim will probably weigh more, I’ll let you know about both.

Ok. My first job, many years ago, involved making Kevlar / carbon body parts for motor sport vehicles, including making moulds. Did think about doing something myself but thought the Aluminium option would be quicker.

FYI, I weighed a similar sized piece of aluminium tonight, it’ll be 110-115 grams.

Yeah, probably should have cleaned, but as it only took a few minutes to fit, it won’t take long to get it off again. Looks good, we just need to, put them to the test now. I’ll enjoy the ?? this weekend. ?

Usually on the back of the seat tube. You may need to take the rear wheel off to see it clearly.

Not a fan of the silver, but the motor section is looking slick.

Chain protector is a nice touch, looks like the same battery housing. IMO they could save some space in that area and make the frame thinner.
