I swapped my chain for 118 links after upgrading the front chainring to 36t.
I had no issues changing gears with the shorter chain, but in the largest gear the derailleur looked like it was stretching too far and almost horizontal

Switching from a 30t ring to a 36T would normally require you to add some links to your chain so that you could access the big cogs at the back without the risk of ripping off your mech in a G-out. But it should have no effect on accessing the small cog on your cassette. You must have inadvertently altered something on your set up. Try altering your cable tension.

Assuming your chain length was correct in the first place, you would need an extra 2 or 4 links.

Does anyone have info what is stock chain lenght on a 19/20/21 Levo size L and Eagle drivetrain with 32T chainring and 10-50T cassette? Thanks!

I'm running 120 links on 34 front and Eagle rear(y)

I'm just about to install a Praxis 36T chainring and a 12 speed 11-50T Cassette on my 2020 Levo Comp, so should I start with 122 link chain?

Thx
Martin
