Unanswered Chain advise

Hi need to change chain on my 2018 ktm macina kapaho.it shimano m7000 11 46 cassette.its 114 links not sure which chain to buy do u need specific ebike chain.advise on what to buy and where to buy.thats all thanks.am not mechanical minded but had look at kmc 11 speed will these do
