I think it will create a kink in the brake line if you do that. The reason it is routed like that now is to have a larger radius so the cable will not get squeezed when you turn the handlebar. If you realy want to do it, i think the easiest way would be to undo the brake lines at the lever ends, remove the barb/olive, remove the tcu unit and pull the cables out of the tcu hole. After that just push the brake lines the other way around through the corresponding frame holes, put on new barbs and olives(maybe some users would say this is unnecessary since you are just reinstalling the hoses and they already have the same “fingerprint”) bleed both brakes and you’re done.
