Bosch motor noise

Hi folks
My partners focus thron with gen4 motor is making an intermittent high pitch whining noise. Increasing with load and when the motor warms up .
3000km of use . We purchaced the bike with 2000km .

Is this just the normal variation of motor noise , ir is there a problem? My thron with 10000km is much quieter.
I understand bosch has a 2 year warranty, does it cover the bike when it is sold on ?

Sounds like the motor isn’t working at all half the time??? Has it done that since you bought it? Deffo needs looking at by a dealer.
