Congratulations, I got my motorcycle licence at 16 so it is a few more than 50 years since then, couple of very minor accidents but nothing that put me in hospital thank goodness. Had to give up the motorcycle in my early 50s after a stroke left me somewhat lame on the left side, lost the fine control in my left hand so the clutch was near impossible and anyway here in Germany I would have needed to retake both car and motorcycle tests to keep my licence and to be honest it was probably a good thing. Got into e-bikes when regular cycling started to become hard work, it has greatly expanded my range but still keeps me fit, ok I don't do so much in winter though I do use a trekking e-bike round town if its not raining or snowing. Munich is blessed with cycle paths almost everywhere and generally is very very bike friendly (they have even set on road bike paking places (complete with metal stands to lock bikes to) which gets bikes off the pavements and is also a reminder to car drivers of the way things are going. I'm not sure I would want to ride in London these days though but I would say that it should be your call, since you already have the experience. Maybe look to plan some cycle tours out to the countryside and take your bike with you on public transport if you don't do so already.
