Hi guys,
I just want to pass on my experience with specialized warranty and also the bike shop who sorted my bike even though it wasn't purchased from them.
I took my levo into bike scene in guisborough as my bike had an issue with turning its self on within a few seconds of turning it off, in the end the bike cut out completely at the start of a ride. The bike shop tried a new harness but that failed to cure it so specialized sent out a new motor. About a week later and I have my bike back and sorted and it looks like they have never touched as they have made such a good job. I can't recommend specialized enough as they sent out the motor so quick and also covered the labour fees,a massive bonus.
If you are worried about anything going wrong with specialized ebikes, I wouldn't as their warranty is so so good.
