Went to go out for a ride this morning and the battery (stored in the house overnight) will not turn on? It's fully charged so that's not the problem. If I plug the charger in the light on the transformer stays green and no lights come on, on the battery (like it's dead...)

I spoke to the LBS and they said to bring it in and they'll connect it to their diags cable to see if that helps but I just wondered if anyone else has had the same issue?

Do you know what state of health the battery was at prior to the inop condition and how many charges had it completed?

It's a complicated one... in summary, after 19 cycles the battery health had reduced to 95%. Recently I had the firmware downgraded/upgraded and 'magically' the health returned to 100%(?) - I don't know how many cycles I have completed now but I'd guess 25-30....

I can't find good info on the 2019 battery LEDs. When charging my 700wh version there are 4 LED's, 2 are green constant on, one off, one blinking green. Is that normal ?

When you put it on the bike does it work? Mine started losing lights gradually but mission control said all good. Dealer gave me a head display and all is good, just fewer lights on the actual battery. Still rides no worries.

Regrettably not - it’s officially dead and has been replaced, albeit I don’t pick it up until tomorrow. Although interestingly mine did start losing led’s in the build up to it dying - hope you have better luck but worst case you do get a new battery out of it ?

There are 4 leds, if the battery is completely depleted, when you plug in the charger one led will flash, as it gets charged, the first led will stay on solid and the next led will start flashing, it will continue like this until all lights are solid, then they all turn off and the green fully charged light will be on, on the charger, you can then unplug it.
Hope this makes sense.

If thats accurate then my third LED is dead.

From our research, there was a dud batch of batteries/leds. Specialised used to replace but now they are saying that it is cosmetic and the battery still works. My dealer gave me the bluetooth display and I am satisfied as the bike and battery are operational. My argument was that it is not cosmetic as I use the light display on track to stay safe on a long ride. Their reply was to use mission control on my phone. I said no that was too inconvenient in a group ride. I was given the display.

just curious, had you ever used any third party apps like blevo or zworks. did the dealer spot this when the diagnostics was carried out

This is showing the state of charge, when battery is empty only the first led is blinking while charging, as soon as this section of the battery is charged the next LED is blinking as soon as all are full 4 LED's are on.
