Levo Gen 2 Battery not switching on LEVO 2018

The battery on my LEVO 2018 is not switching on any more. Charger light is red for a second and switches to green so I suppose the battery is fully charged.

Try to clean and spray some electric contact cleaner to the battery connector and try again

Had this the other day on my 2019 kenevo. Turns out the battery was kaput. Had a replacement through warranty.

Just heard from Adam at Bristols Specialized Concept Store that they will give me a new battery. This is great customer service from both, Specialized and the Bristol workshop!!!
