Battery mount help!

Recently converted my mate's Saracen Zenith with the mid-drive Tongsheng motor. All very successful and relatively straight forward except the battery mount does not allow enough space for the battery to be mounted upright. Anyone with similar problems? Would be good to know of some alternative mounts that might work?
