Battery got stuck in frame

Hi, battery on Ma Giant e+ 3 pro MY 2020 I can not remove the battery. I can turn the key in the lock and push the anti drop protection but no move of the battery. Any hints what I can do? Bike is 1 week old and did just 3 rides.

As you turn the key, push the battery back in so that the pressure on the lock is relieved.
