Today I was on a ride, after 80 km I switched to the seccond battery. It clicked into place locked it with the key. Was on my way home on a cycle path and After 10 km the battery fell out and smached onto the ground .
I tried installing the battery again but there has come so much play on it that whenever I bounce my front wheel the battery falls out again. Tried Inserting the seccond battery and it falls out to now.

Are there any manuals on how to adjust the locking mechanism?
It's and internal 625 bosch battery.

Doesn’t take much to dislodge it, the pin moves easily. I have a Cube with the same mechanism my bike fell over in the garage onto rubber matting and it moved. Thankfully that was a quick fix, wasn’t happy when I found the Kiox had cracked some metal off the bottom and wasn’t sitting in the holder properly. The bike kept turning off when riding, kiox looked perfectly fine from the front, found a bit of metal for the kiox after I’d already taken all the motor covers off and dropped the motor to inspect the wiring. The damn thing is currently zip tied to the holder, kiox has shitty aluminium casting as it’s base.
