Can your help me..
I have 2 identical ebikes with a Bafang M500 engine. After a year, I found out that one goes to 21A and the other to 17A. I want the bikes to be just as powerful.
Can it be set via besst?

Yes and no, you can’t actually set the amps but you can copy the firmware file in the 21A unit and write it to the other motor using BESST.

Are you sure though that’s it’s 21A as I‘m not sure such a firmware version exists as that‘s 900W’s if you are running a 43 volt battery 756W’s on 36 volts.

You may want to put an enquiry in the M500 thread on the DIY section of this Forum to confirm.

I am sure. I have a battery 36V 17.5 Ah. On the 860c displays I switched to amperes and when riding uphill one bike shows me 17A and the other 21A and the display was +/- 850w. I want to increase 17A to 21A so that the performance of the bikes is the same.

A fully charged battery has up to 42V and must not fall below 36V. 42V x 21A = 882W and such a value has already shown me on the display.
