1st post here and it's a newbie numpty post!

So got my new Megamo Reason AL05 - Promptly added the Avinox app, and entered my email address, set up the app and general bike settings, etc.
It then dawned on me that I had entered my old googlemail email and not my gmail email, so I thought ok I'll just delete the old one and I'll add my new one instead. Only way I could do that was to delete the avinox account associated with the googlemail account.
Anyway, long story short - I've blocked myself out of using a fresh account on the bike because Avinox deleted the old account with the old email, and I hadn't un-paired that account from the app & bike, so can't pair the new account with the bike. Anyone done anything similar and what was the solution or outcome?

My brand new Crestline M2s team edition came two weeks ago.
Turns out It’s paired to an unknown account in Switzerland and past 12 days trying get a fix from Avinox.the issue got passed around between different people so meantime I Rode in demo mode (past week) limited to 15mph for some reason…while waiting for a fix.
today mid ride at the bike park the motor shut off.
Now I’m completely locked out and without being able to pair my account the motor is shut down.unridable.
Crestline boss awesome Troydon has been trying hard to get it resolved but
12 days later The Avinox people haven’t landed on a solution.
Bike:amazing..
Avinox service: so far disappointing.

That's crazy! Would it havew been easier to get a replacement Crestline? I have tbh, coming from a Bosch to Avinox, from an aftersales perspective, I kinda wish I'd just stayed with Bosch. I haven't heard snything back either from the dealer or Avinox. Avinox customer care is beyond shocking tbh - at least that's the impression I'm getting, and my own use case. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me, and my dealer is next to useless too.

It would be really hard to get a complete replacement bike as they’re made in limited runs so generally no spares sitting in a warehouse.
Anyways I finally solved the problem myself by tracking down the bike shop in Switzerland reaching out to different employees ..doing translations etc etc and finally after emails tracked down the actual guy who the bike was accidentally linked to.
Apparently he had linked the shops very first Avinox bike and through some database glitch a bunch of other bikes were linked to his account.
He had no idea until I finally made contact with him.
He unpaired the bike and within 5 minutes I was able to pair it to my Avinox account.fixed!the bike is amazing.
Avinox customer service seemed to have no idea what was going on so that still worries me for future potential issues.

Ahh right of course - I understand, makes complete sense! I'm glad you got it sorted. I did as well, but had to go direct via Megamo, who were amazing as well - I got it sorted in a couple of days, once Avinox pulled their finger out. Unfortunatley, the mounting holes for the avionox screen are brittle and one has cracked already, so i now have to chase up another issue with the avinox system - me dealer will be chasing that one up though.

Yeah I’m pretty convinced Avinox service is pretty bad.
