Is there a way to keep the M2s motor (Pivot Amp’d here) defaulted to 28mph instead of having to change the setting every time I turn it on?

I commute to trails on roads and use it daily.

No, that still won't let you keep in in 28 mph mode after power off.

If you set the country to HK it will. 28mph by default.
