Hopefully, the batches within preorders are a reasonable size. Not sure what's driving the deliveries but it could be anything from the motor, fork or maybe the motor cover that's 3d printed on the prototype. Fingers crossed they get a decent number at a time and can release a good chunk.I'm middle of batch 1. Hopefully doesn't mean end of May
That’s great I am no 15 so hopefully will know shortlyI've had an email today giving a date 18th May. Can't wait now
I think they said I was 9th in an IM a couple of weeks ago
Is that in batch 2? Had my email this morning. 19th may, in batch 1Early June for me. 2 months after launch and 3 months after I’ve paid in full is not good enough
Nope, I was batch 1Is that in batch 2? Had my email this morning. 19th may, in batch 1
Oh......that's a bit s**t mate.Nope, I was batch 1
Which build did you go for 1,2 or 3?I've been told June for mid batch 1. Not good.

Oof, that is late - I’m last week of May for mid-pack 1st batch, but still down as ‘estimated.’I've been told June for mid batch 1. Not good.
But did they ever even give a date initally? I don't think it was mentioned anywhere that the bikes would be ready April 9th. That was just the date for the Avinox emargo to end and the full specs to be known. I don't think they have broken any promises.Yeah fair enough, but to take min £7k upfront payment and still not have product ready to go after the launch is a bit punchy. The other brands have managed it. At least try to underpromise and overdeliver
They said batch 1 was late April or early May so they are about 4 weeks late by sounds of things. But did they ever even give a date initally? I'm early june too, but build 1, maybe the delay is based on size then, the rear swing arm is a standard part think there's 3 swingarm sizes over the 12 bike sizes, I'm size 9 or 10 don;t rememeber, maybe the larger sizes are delayed as the rear swingarms are out of stock, can't be the motor if there's bikes available mid May.Build 2.
I'm size 9. I've asked the reason for the month delay.I'm early june too, but build 1, maybe the delay is based on size then, the rear swing arm is a standard part think there's 3 swingarm sizes over the 12 bike sizes, I'm size 9 or 10 don;t rememeber, maybe the larger sizes are delayed as the rear swingarms are out of stock, can't be the motor if there's bikes available mid May.
I'm sure I saw a social media post or youtube video that Atehrton were saying if you bought a bike now you'd get it June/July.
So close...yet...
Velduro rogues availableI've been looking around at alternatives and I don't think you can get anything other than Amflow PXs in stock, Karves are July/Sept. Zendits July to August, Dreadnought ? according to my LBS on the way. Flux, Forestal and Crestline seem a bit unkown availability wise in the uk.
I think anyone that preordered is going to be one of the first to get a genuine 170/180mm travel Avinox bike. It looks like the PR/M2 bikes are going to be later again.
Still can't wait to get my hands on it, it just gives me a bit more time to get some upgrades, which is a real problem I have when I have time on my hands. Carbon wheels are here and ready with DHR/Assegai on. Old carbon Pivot DH bar that I like the shape of along with a new alloy Intend stem for a bit of bling. I think the other upgarde might be cranks (build 2 with the GX), I've been looking at the Forx or 5Dev to match the alloy look. Anyone got any experience with those 2?
Not sure what's with all the haters, I run a small business...under promise, over deliverI mean surely all of you who preordered did so knowing there could be delays? The fact that they are a small boutique brand and are adopting a newly released and very in demand motor system meant it was always quite likely imo.

Should/could they offer something by way of apology? Free delivery or a small discount or uplift day at DYFI or similar? Not sure what's with all the haters, I run a small business...under promise, over deliver
What I will give them credit for though is that they make banging bikes and this one will absolutely be worth the wait![]()
Yeah, sounds fair, waiting to hear back why I'll be waiting longer than people further up the order list than meShould/could they offer something by way of apology? Free delivery or a small discount or uplift day at DYFI or similar?
