I watched that video a couple of times and I can't see where the battery goes. It's not even on the table when they show all the components. Mind you the video quality is poor.

You can do backpack or on the frame if space avaiable

Seems to me a cheaper way of having a really nice bike and motor on it that can easily be serviced ( apparently it's really easy to fix DIY ) and quick to take on and off, better than spending 5k on an equivalent factory emtb
