@Amflow_Support yesterday's app update (v1.3.26) broke the navigation for the Android app. The icons on the bottom cannot be tapped anymore because they overlap with the system navigation.

Please fix this as soon as possible
Most likely it is your zoom setting on the phone. Set font and screen zoom to standard to see if it resolves the issue.

It's not the text size or zoom - both is set to standard. It was working with the old app version - the last update broke it. Our school app introduced the same issue with an update and the developers fixed it there. It's only happening when you have the button navigation enabled (no issue with gesture navigation).

Google and meta apps had the same issue - it's an easy fix (https://support.google.com/pixelpho...creen-are-overlapping-with-apps-buttons?hl=en)

@Amflow_Support - can you please see about getting proper release notes for software updates please? The below really doesn`t cut it in todays market!

What’s Updated
• Fixed compatibility issues with some third-party headlights. - Which ones?
• Fixed some known issue. - which known issues?

With no way to rollback updates (be nice if that was a feature), knowing exactly what will change is important to me and i`m sure others too.

Same for me on Samsung S25 !
Hello, same for me: all riding data has doubled, both in the detailed view and in the cumulative totals (except in the “About the device” section, where the total mileage has remained correct).

Only this morning’s ride was not duplicated.

@Amflow_Support My bike location has not updated to its current location since the update. Says my bike is where I last rode before the update, not where it is currently. Is there. way to sync to current location without a SIM?

Anyone else have this?

Has anyone lubed their rear hub yet? Is it like a DT Swiss or I9 hub?

@Amflow_Support - A diagram would be helpful if one exists.

Otherwise, no issues to report after 800 miles other than burning through Continental tires.

Thank you
Hi there,
We apologize, but there are currently no guidelines available regarding rear hub lubrication. We recommend consulting with a professional technician at an official in-store location for assistance to resolve your issue more quickly.

Additionally, we will record your request as a voice of customer, hoping to receive relevant official information in the future.

Thank you for your understanding.

Please advise the function of the red power button on the bottom of the actual battery?

Also does the battery 'go to sleep' if the bike is left for 2 months?
Hi there

The red button on the bottom of the battery is connected to the power button on the control display. This button also serves as the battery’s on/off switch, and the LED indicator shows the remaining battery level.

Additionally, if the bike will be idle for two months, we recommend maintaining the battery charge at 60–70% to help minimize power loss.

If you sold a battery extender or authorized Trailwatts to make one, you would sell more bikes.
Regarding third-party extenders, as these are not official Amflow products, we have not conducted any tests on them and cannot guarantee their safety or compatibility with our bikes.

Therefore, we do not recommend using such products. If any bike issues occur due to the use of this module, the warranty services are not supported. We greatly appreciate your understanding and caution in this matter.

Hi there,

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding the list of compatible third-party front lights, please refer to the following models:

Supernova: MINI 3 Pro, MINI 2 Pro, M99 MINI PRO
Litemove: SCN-1700

As for the known issue fixes, they mainly involve optimizations of certain functions in previous firmware versions. Please feel confident using your bike.

If you have any further questions or need additional support, please feel free to contact us.

Hi can you tell me the length of the 14g nipples on the HMC 30 wheelset are the 14 mm or 16 mm for the rear

Hi there -- I installed a Google Fi data-only SIM card (that was tested as functional in other devices) into my Amflow and it has never connected over LTE on the bike.

I know Google and China don't get along, so is that the reason why it's not working, or is there something else I should try? I did go ahead and customize the APN settings to what Google Fi recommends and it made no difference.

Thanks.

Hi there,
We would like to confirm whether your firmware has been updated to the latest version and whether you are unable to connect even in open outdoor environments. Please understand that our internal team has not yet tested the compatibility of Google Fi data-only SIM cards with Amflow bikes.

Based on your description, you have completed the APN settings but still do not have a signal. We recommend that you try a 4G/5G SIM card from other providers, such as KAISNVXS, VOICEPING, or Mint Mobile. Hope this is helpful.

Hi there,

According to feedback from our internal team, the spoke nipple length for both the HMC-30 and HMA-30 wheelsets is 14 mm.

We hope this information is helpful to you.

Hi, could prioritise this information request as my bike is unrideable and i need to order a full new spoke set and corresponding nipples to rebuild the wheel.

Take your wheel to your local wheel builder, you'll be back on the bike in 10 minutes. No need to wait for above details.

Also, if you can't calculate spoke length on your own, I would not advice you to build or fix a wheel. Building good wheel takes experience and practice, spoke tension is far more important when nipple length. You'll need proper tools and good amount of know-how.

I am in Brazil and the SIM card only started working after I manually changed the APN settings to IPv4

Hi, could prioritise this information request as my bike is unrideable and i need to order a full new spoke set and corresponding nipples to rebuild the wheel.
We have noted your situation. For the maintenance of the wheel spokes, we can only recommend purchasing original spokes and nipples to ensure component compatibility. Therefore, we advise you to directly contact your nearest amflow authorised reseller to place your order, or visit one of the amflow resellers for maintenance and wheel stress balancing. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yes, firmware has been updated to the lastest version and has been in outdoor environments. I think what I was hoping to understand was whether the server that Amflow is trying to connect to has potentially blacklisted Google from connecting to it?

Regarding whether the server that Amflow connects to has potentially blacklisted Google connections, our internal team has never received any information indicating this. However, we will consult internally to confirm.

If you have any other questions or concerns related to the 4G functionality, please feel free to contact us.
