Amflow: Bike power motor restricted, Speed sensor error

My Problem was solved by mounting 1 mm spacers between signal disc and brake disc to narrow the distance to speed sensor. Obviously this tolerance is quite crucial, running a different wheel with slightly different disc position can cause this issue. Should be mentioned in the manual imho.
Thanks for the update @thaeber I take it you were on non-amflow wheel?

Had the same error three times.
Each time, i have had to tighten my rear axle, who was very very slightly loose.
Problem solved (till now, after many many weeks).

I had this error appear yesterday on my Megamo Reason CRB03. Was a long slog back to the van. I have not been riding in the rain, just some wet tracks but nothing unusual, not ever used a pressure washer on it and only had the bike 3 weeks and ridden a total of 130miles. I checked the rotor, spacing, torque and wiring, all good. Took it to the dealership this morning who said they had not seen this issue before on the Megamo. They have always been pro-active in how they deal with issues in the past so will update as I hear from them about the prognosis and fix. I am missing the bike already...

Yes, a new speed sensor solved the issue. Cleaned rotor and sensor, unplugged and re-plugged at motor, still issue, Magamo sent new speed sensor, installed and now runs as it should.

Cheers, mine is back in the shop at the moment but hopefully it's a simple fix like this

I will second the spacer fix. Avinox states the clearance for the sensor to ring should be 1-3mm. I have Magura two piece rotors, which have a pretty thick mounting point, but I started getting this error on my third ride on my new Crestline 181.2. I looked at the gap, and it looked to be maybe 2-2.5 mm. I picked up some stainless steel 5mm bolt washers, which are approximately 1mm think. Mounted them between the rotor and the sensor ring. While I only have one ride on this fix, it appears to have done the trick. The gap to the ring looks to be pretty close to 1mm, didn't actually measure it as it's hard to get a gapping measurement tool in there. Will update if it reappears.
