Alternate uses for bottle cage mounts

Whilst looking at bike lights with external battries, it seems most velcro to the top tube. I'm sure this is fine, but I can't help thinking it looks a bit naff, and wont be good for the paint.

I've tried looking for ones that bolt to the bottle cage mounts, or even just a bag that will use the mounts and I can put the battery in that, but nothing comes up.

There are plenty of storage options that use an actual bottle cage, but I'm after something a bit neater.

Any suggestions?

I got a Fidlock Twist Toolbox, which fits the battery for a Moon Canopus front light:

I've been doing this without the backing plate and it wobbles around too much. The Nukeproof looks like a great option. I like carrying my multi tool and 27.5 tube in that space. They both perfectly wrapped together on my Decoy. Nice find
