Static ride height, yes. No rider weight on the bike and normal tyre pressure.
I'm wondering if AllMtn 7 has an increased height of the motor with respect to Flyon.
I don’t see how you can compare them. As I said it all depends on bike setup even if it’s a static measurement.
I wouldn’t worry about it. Every e-mtb out there is probably within a 10mm window so unless you have a very specific condition you need to ride in then just get on a buy the bike you like.
For info , flipping the shock mount chip will give you about 5mm BB height as will running 5% less sag. Add a 29.5” front wheel if you want more.
