Hey peeps

Not sure if anyone had this problem before but just started on my 800e...when I do a littie ish jump like 10ft and can be quite hard landing the bike turns off... Do I have a lose connection somewhere... Or should I strap the battery to the frame?

It's very ramdon and was getting worse thro the day today... Even some roots may it turn off ?

Most likely option is that your battery mount needs adjusting, it could be a bit loose and the landing is momentarily breaking the connection.

Second to that is checking the cables going into the motor behind the left plastic panel.

Then check the cable to the display, if this is pulling tight anywhere or slapping around too much this can also cause the system to do strange things, though normally it re-starts rather than turning off.

I should also check, just in case you ride like me, do you land on the wheels ?
