Was wondering if anyone with the new rail+ models has tried putting a rear 29er and if it fits?

I saw it’s the same chainstay length as my current Rail 7 and 9.9.

Really would like to just drop in one of my spare carbon 29er rear wheels if it fits. I’m only going to use a 2.4 rear tire.

Any feedback?

Ive tried it on mine, doesnt fit.
Thought it might as same length as old rail chainstay.

Damn it! Did you try it with a 2.4 tire or it wasn’t even close to remotely fitting?
Its just not close . I would have prefered a full 29er . But the mullet is really fun to be honest. Ive got an XL and ir feels nimble
