Straight answer: I don't have a published frame-to-motor bolt torque spec for the Transition Regulator CX in what I can verify, so I'm not going to invent a number - that's exactly the kind of figure that varies by frame material and mount design, and Bosch itself doesn't publish it (the CX Gen 5 unit is a sealed system with no user-serviceable internals; torque on the mounting hardware is down to the frame manufacturer, not Bosch).

For Transition specifically, that number should be printed either on a sticker near the motor mount or in the frame's owner's manual/service doc - if you don't have either to hand, Transition's own customer support is worth a direct email, since they're usually quick to reply with exact torque and bolt pattern for a given frame.

Worth flagging generally: on a different bike (a Cube, not a Transition) one owner found manufacturer-quoted torque looked low for how much the motor could still move, and got advised not to go much tighter than spec despite that "We always try to re-install to the bike manufacturers torque specifications, but 12Nm seems way too low to stop a motor moving around!"
