It seems my bike is missing the x474 15x19x2 washer between yoke and linkage arm on drive side, non drive side has the washer and a small gap between yoke and linkage arm. Drive side yoke touches the linkage arm.

I am getting some creaking from shock and noticed in blue papers it calls for a gold washer x474 between yoke and linkage arm.
Anyone with 23 or 24 rise alloy confirm it is supposed to be there and a small gap between yoke and arm?

Pic 2791 shows non drive side gold washer.

1st pic is drive side no washer or gap between yoke and linkage arm

I just disassembled my 2023 H30 Rise. It has one gold washer on each side, so two in total.

yeah that is what I thought. Drive side always looked too tight to me. Started getting creak noise from shock so I re did the preload and back the bolt off a little and saw there was no washer against bearing.

I will contact Orbea and ask them to send me one.

thanks!

I contacted Jenson USA where I bought my rise online. They contacted Orbea and Orbea sent them the evo 2 piece updated link which I received today. I will install it at some point.

My drive side link was not missing the washer, the bearing inside linkage arm was being pushed to the outside of the arm which is why I could not see the washer and why yoke was contacting the linkage arm.

While waiting for link I removed the bolt and pushed bearing back into link arm and it held for a couple rides before the yoke was touching the linkage arms again this time no creaking though.

Props to Orbea and Jenson for taking care of this. Kit included 2 piece linkage arms, new yoke and all the bolts and washers except for the shock to yoke bolt which I will re use the one on the bike.
