Sorry to hear some of you are having issues. I'm on my 2nd S/L, and have had zero issues with either one of them. You wonder what the common denominator is with the motors.

I wouldn't shy away from the Fazuza, in fact, I feel it's the best 50-60 nm motor out there!

I agree. I’ve had mine for 2 years and have only had to replace the crappy first gen ring controller. It’s been the best e-bike I’ve had so far and I have had zero issues with the motor.
