Kenevo Gen1 2021 Kenevo set up?

Hey all,

Just purchased a 2021 Kenevo Comp and i am struggling to set up the rear coil shock, it seems the screw ring won’t move? What am I doing wrong?
Also any idea on where is can purchase a spare battery?

On Specialized site they do, but I bought from Rutland Cycles and this one came with coil shock? It says it’s 2021 is that right?

This still doesn’t show me how to move the preload screw, I get how to set the sag but can’t move the coils screw?

Have you tried tapping it with a soft edged thingy ?
It will be a 21 bike but the 1st to hit the shops here had coils on then spesh changed them for dpx2 air , which are better suited for the bike .
ive had 3 on my 20 bike and now the warranty replacement is the air shock !

Defiantly think the air shock is more adaptable, I might change mine when things start to go wrong.
Hope to find out how to move the thingy with the thingy! ??
