2019 Levo Expert motor replaced

Specialized warrantied my motor, the LBS installed it last week. There is an issue with the battery linking to the motoer that LBS tells me is Specialized's responsibility. I've waited about a week for the issue to be resolved. Anyone have a similar experience. I'd like to get back out riding!

After 2 weeks, the issue was resolved, Specialized got around to me :) Back on the trails again...regaining my sanity.
