I've got a set of code rsc lines up but I'm reading the hose isn't compatible from re to rscs, just wondering what you did to get them to fit pls?

I ended up taking it to my LBS, they removed the old guide RE hose and fitted the code R hose and bleed it for £30.00

Yes I confirm hose is not compatible between the two. Guide RE uses olive, while Code RSC uses factory crimped banjo fitting. I had to reroute new hose from Code RSC through the frame.
