Hi, I've just bought a 2019 Carbon Comp and took the battery out today to charge it ready for this weekend (I was at about 75-80%). Can anyone explain what the 4 LED lights on the battery signify. I can't find mention of them anywhere on line and the only documentation I got with the bike was a very generic Specialized manual.
When I plugged in the charger, 3 lights were solid green and one was flashing. The charger light was also green. I left it for a couple of hours but nothing changed. Is that normal?

Cheers.

If the charger light is green it is not charging - remove the connector and check the orientation and that there is nothing stopping the connector fully mating. The 4 lights on the battery each represent 25% battery, so 3 solid lights = 75% but less than 100%. But it’s the charger or charge lead connection that is your problem.

Hi Simon, supper helpful thank you. I've just tried using the charger that came with my wife's new 2018 Levo and that one has the read light on so is charging. Looks like I've got a dodgy charger.
Thanks again Simon.
