2019 Kenevo problem

Hi guys for some reason unknown my 2019 kenevo is stuck on what seems to be eco mode ,battery is fully charged but when its activated showes only one green light. Bike was working perfectly fine on my last ride,just wondering if anyone has experience this,bike has only done about 300km

Make sure there's no dirt on the power plug contacts and maybe add some contact spray.

Does the app show a 100% battery status? Then it might be a broken LED display - and you have to return it to your dealer...
