2019-2020 Levo (2020 Kenevo) Speed Unlock Levociraptor

I've got a Levociraptor and always thought I had to have it installed on the bike for it to work. However I have recently downloaded Blevo and took the Levociraptor off and to my suprise the bike is still de restricted without the Levociraptor installed. Is this supposed to do this ?

This happen only when the TCU doesn't restore the de restricted value.. In some firmware version can happen
