Levo Gen 2 2017 Turbo Levo motor assistance not working

Hello!

My friend owns a 2017 Turbo Levo carbon.
Today he removed the battery and after he put it back, the motor assistance stopped working, but the walk assistance works.
The battery lights are on, he can change the modes, Mission control works fine, but there is no assistance.
Checked every possible problem sources on the bicycle.
Did someone met this problem before?

I've endured the same issue with my 19 hardtail. Battery turns on, you can change the modes but won't talk to the motor. I have 2 batteries, 1 is talking to the motor fine. The other isn't. So the motor is fine. I'd be interested to learn if someone has solved this. .

I'm experiencing the same issue as of today. Walk mode works, no assistance when pedalling. Ever find out the issue?

A broken Torque Sensor is the first thing that comes to mind.
