Did it worked on you giant? I have Giant Stance E+1 2023 and have 1.8" as you have.
I want to mount a 1.5" tapered and this would be the thing i'd need, can you confirm it?

Ho appena riscontrato questo problema con la mia Giant Reign E+. Il tubo sterzo deve essere conico da 1,8'' e ho appena acquistato il nuovo dominio fornito con il tubo sterzo conico da 1,5''.

Se sei nell'UE sei FORTUNATO! Puoi chiedere ai ragazzi di NDtuned: hanno un riduttore per tubo sterzo da 1,8'' a 1,5''.

Quindi NDtuned ha funzionato per il tuo Giant Reign E+? Ho gli stessi problemi con Stance E+.

If Anyone else is doing this on a Reign E 3 and is struggling to get the Acros crown race the headset off a Reign E 1 is the same as an E 3 but uses a different crown race to fit a 1.5 Fox 38 instead of the 1.8 Domain. You can order a headset with the crown from any Giant dealer. You only need to swap the crown to fit the forks but you do end up with a complete set of spare bearings
The whole headset from Giant was £35 when I did it

What did you specifically ask for? When i asked a giant dealer they sent me a photo of an FSA 1.8 to 1.5 adapter to fit the 1.5" fork.

I think you're talking about something different, i have a giant stance e+1 2023 just to clarify so i think we have the same issue

I asked for the headset off a Reign E 1 which comes with a Fox 38 as standard. The 38 isn’t made with a 1.8 steerer so has a different crown race

I want to provide an update: the Trek crown race reducer works! I installed the Zeb with the 1.5 steerer on my Reign.

seemed to fit my 1.5" steerer tube and mated with lower bearing frame I have not tried it out as it is on backup fork. Still using my oem zeb with 1.8" steerer tube

I've just bought some custom tuned forks for my new Rail 9.8 as I weigh less than 50kg. I dropped the original forks out and my heart sank. I didn't even realise there was another standard other than 1.5. Some frantic searching online to see if there was some sort of fix and I came upon your posts. You made my day! I bought the adaptor online from Trek in Australia.
