Levo Gen 2 Turbo Levo for road/gravel duties? Any guidance..

How are the RaceKings working out for you? Are they okay with the significant TL weight? Yes, 'power' was the wrong word, should of used Torque . I have been messing with the tuning in Mission Control, the 25/100 setting is remarkably frugal on road duty climbing. Thinking a smoother set of...

Levo Gen 2 Turbo Levo for road/gravel duties? Any guidance..

Hi everyone, After a relatively low accumulation of km with the TL last year, I'm back with a bang. Out pretty much every day off road. Because of where I live in the Alps I was considering maybe looking at a Creo Evo to enjoy the mountain roads. But it's not a small investment... So, I have...

    Levo Gen 2 I can't afford a new 22 Carbon Levo

Just seen the review and the price!!!! I won't be buying one either. My 2020 alu comp doesn't appear to be compromised against the 'new features' which in essence is all it is... just my humble opinion.

Mission Control RELEASE OF OVER THE AIR UPDATES FOR LEVO / KENEVO GEN 2 BIKES

Mine been sat unused since November (ski season here). So I stuck the battery back in, switched on Mission Control and saw that there was an update and that I should visit the dealer for this. Turned everything off as I was prepping for a ride the following day. Next day turned all on again and...

Levo Gen 2 Warranty extension & Firmware Update for all 2019/20 Levo/Kenevo with 2.1 motors

So, it got pretty wild as you can see... My trail mode works fine as this was needed from1400m to get up to 1900m. At this point to go further was going to be extremely dangerous coming down... Anyway, I then returned to 1200m and decided (after my ass saver broke) that I would just do a small...

Levo Gen 2 Magura MT7 with 220mm rotor

Magura MT5 with 203mm rotors will be more than enough stopping power. I regularly take 1000m + descents, no fade, no squealing. Need to replace rear (organic) pads every 500km, fronts every 1000km. On my TL these were a €200 upgrade on purchase as recommended. Worth every euro!

Levo Gen 2 Warranty extension & Firmware Update for all 2019/20 Levo/Kenevo with 2.1 motors

Nah, you would need at least a Kenevo to ride in Surrey...

Levo Gen 2 Warranty extension & Firmware Update for all 2019/20 Levo/Kenevo with 2.1 motors

After waiting for a couple of months I bit the bullet and got the update done (2020 alu comp with Sept 19 motor). My feedback is subjective as the Mission Control ride recordings are crap, even with ride auto start on it stops recording after 5/6 km.. Really only useful for changing the tune...

Mission Control Understanding Support vs Peak Power in Mission Control App v2.0

Like the sentiment, but the climbing is very enjoyable with support. That's why I bought emtb. For me, it was just taking too much out of me using a std x country fully. The benefit also is I didn't expect the downhill return to be as fast and more fun! But your right, why buy an ebike if you...

Mission Control Understanding Support vs Peak Power in Mission Control App v2.0

In my opinion it depends on the terrain you ride in. I ride in the Alps, only up or down here. So, I use std 35/35 or if I'm feeling not so good 35/50. In the second setting there is no need for any other level of support if I'm being frugal. Typically 1100hm and 30km leaves about 35% in the...

    Chain Life

Update to the above. The Shimano HG601 is working perfectly. I took 500hm yesterday and can report no slipping, shifts are crisper and faster. The original was very clunky and slow in comparison. Shimano has my vote!

    Chain Life

Just changed original chain from Levo Comp Alu, GX group. At bang on 1mm stretch. 1060km ridden only in the Alps. Replaced with 116 link Shimano 'e' slx/105 chain as I find these work well on road bikes. 116 links exactly as supplied from original. Not ridden yet so no idea if it works correctly...

Yes, just tested the theory by dropping the Turbo setting on Mission Control right back. Climbed a mountain and pressed the S button while in Turbo mode as set, and bingo... nothing

Still coming to terms with it all. But your hard work is fantastic. I maybe able to get a handle on it all now. Well done!

Levo Gen 2 2020 Turbo Levo Owners Thread

Thanks for the reply. As mentioned, I am experimenting with the Mission Control app. A typical ride for me is about 30km out and back, 35/35, 1200m elevation and I have approximately always 40% left. This includes about 7km of relative flat tarmac. Maybe I expected too much!

Levo Gen 2 2020 Turbo Levo Owners Thread

So the Specialized button always stays at 100/100 - even if i reset the Turbo mode to say 60/100? If so, thats quite a thing! My quoted average is the total number of km ridden/charging cycles less the last unridden full charge. I will give you an example of a ride - 37km, 1120m elevation...

Levo Gen 2 2020 Turbo Levo Owners Thread

A first report on new to emtb and Specialized Turbo Levo FSR Comp 700wh ownership. Bike was purchased end of March 2020 from an LBS but also a Specialized Elite Dealer. They do sell BMC and Nox bikes also (built 10 miles from me at the bottom of the pass). The bike was set up ready for me on...

    Kenevo 2020 mission control settings

I guess mostly it depends on the terrain you riding. Just got my first emtb Turbo Levo 700wh. I live in the Alps and on my 6th ride today. I did 24km, 2.5hrs, 800hm all in 35/35 setting. The first 12km are straight up, but I just use the gears, mostly bottom three sprockets to keep a good tempo...
