Hi there
My 2019 Levo has had a hard life. I’m on motor 3 with a performance bearing upgrade. I’ve had the bike in bits several times and do all my own mechanic work. It’s all fairly straight forward… I’ve recently stripped the paint and refinished it which is a job I don’t wish to repeat!
The...
I’ve just got the third green LED fault too, and last time I had the TCU replaced a few months ago I had to pay for that as I was told only the motor had the 4 year warranty. Seems a bit tight, but worse was the motor was really draggy at the time and clearly needed new bearings but I was told...
I had a number of faults.
Motor drag / friction, presumably water ingress - new motor supplied
Would not power on - this was resolved when installing new motor with new cable from motor to TCU
When charged it would power up and the only way to turn it off was to disconnect the charge port. New...
My Levo is in for repair
Dealer hooked it up to Turbo Studio and was suggested new motor and motor to TCU cable
Fitted
On test ride - fault still remains - no power after a few yards and TCU top bar is red, third bar down is blue. I suspect TCU is at fault due to water ingress (known common...
A lot of truth bombs!
Rockshox OEM forks for the Levo are about as poor as you can get.
Replace the damper and spring and they work well, £500+ later. I chose Push internals for both sides and am very pleased with the outcome.
Sounds similar to my experience. My Levo has gone back to the shop and they have ordered a new battery and motor cable after some diagnosis. I will report back if this resolves my issues.
Hi there
My Levo has stopped working - twice in two rides I rode over a big log near the end of my loop and the power cut out. Last night it came back to life after a charge, tonight it charged but will not power up. The green battery charging LEDS near the charge port are working.
If I take...
Hi, back here to answer my own question with a little help from Jan at Ebike Field
I had the fake channel in Mission control set to report rider power, which is incorrect, as that setting allows Garmin to pick up ‘battery power’ in the ‘power’ (really ‘rider power’) field.
However, you still...
Hi there
This one is infuriating me! I cannot get rider power from my Levo (TCU 3.026) to show on my Garmin 1030.
When I pair the bike to my garmin, I see the bike sensor '57138', which I can pair. This then allows speed, cadence and 'power'. However the power that is reported is battery power...
Thank you :)
Unusually it was a road ride, mostly used between 15-30% support, turned it off where I could and used the +/-5 buttons at the bottom of the screen to micro manage the support level to match my companions pace.
Thanks for the suggestions everyone, I just got home from a 100km ride, no app crashes and the phone battery lasted the ride.
I did a hard reset as suggested.
I also turned off the Apple Watch heart rate, it’s never been a reliable source of HR data for me, my wrist shape doesn’t seem to play...
Thanks for the reply. Do you need a SIM card to operate BLEvo on a BV6000?
Any ideas on the iPhone crashing please? I lost half my ride data and didn’t want to turn the screen off to preserve battery because I lost confidence in the app being active, and wanted to see it was recording data...
Hi there, I'm new round here so hello, can someone give me some advice on Blevo please.
I've used Blevo three times so far, and on two of those rides the app has crashed several times and the battery consumption is drastic. Today I went from 100% to 5% phone battery in a hour, and managed to...
