    Newbie in Scotland

Forget what model bike, your in Scotland so your half way there regardless of bike :) I've just got back from 2 weeks holiday :( on the Argyle coast . Paradise compared to the midlands canal paths. The cottage garden. Roll on next years annual Scottish holiday we booked while away, less...

Polar sense HR monitor displayed on Kiosk as 0

Non of the Garmin products connect to the kiox, my Fenix nor my edge 830 will talk. There was a new e bike field added to Garmin just recently but it makes no contact with the bosch system.

    Hucking a mtb

Seriously if my grandad used the phrase Hucking a mtb id have to google it and then check his shed to see if there's actually a mtb in there or he's gone do lally. Honestly if your 85 fair play. I no longer have any grandparents and my hair/teeth and eyes are falling out at 53 so if I can be...

    New to the emtb world

It wont be fun but it will be nostalgic and make you appreciate your EMTB if and when complacency kicks in. I reckon its a good idea to keep the old pedal bike, it might keep you honest (y)

Great to join and some advice please !

That's exactly the reason for the last 11 months I restrain myself from going full power, I know there will be no coming back  eco and off for me with the odd treat in-between . I guess I'm a freak of the emtb world but for now I like the option of knowing I can always get more power if...

Great to join and some advice please !

I feel your pain, I've been riding an emtb for 11 months and 1900 miles, its a full fat cube 85nm bike, most of my rides are in eco, I actually completed a 14 mile ride yesterday with the other half on her e bike with my motor off all the way round :( I very really come out of eco mode, the...

New e-bike owner (2021 Cube Reaction Pro 625)

It turns you into Bradley wiggins without the effort lol. Keep the power low and keep yourself honest and the high power modes still amaze even for me after over 1800 miles.

New e-bike owner (2021 Cube Reaction Pro 625)

Happy new bike day :) , 42 miles is good work and your lucky to be able to achieve 80% off road for that distance, I've only done that once and it was a lot of roadwork. Eco is a very powerful tool and its great to use that, it makes anything above feel very special, if I cant be arsed to throw...

I just spent more than 4 times more than ever before on a bike!!!

Bosch gen 4 motor all the way, get the cube lol. I think only you can make this decision . I've had my base model 140 race since last Christmas and its just turned 1850 miles. Faultless, I'm not to fussy about getting it wet either. Loads of bikes all slightly different and vastly priced...

move to the dark side lol

Its not satisfying though, i don't wont to piss on a blokes chips while i feel the need to get this climb over and done and have to make some stupid comment to justify me blasting buy him up hill  To be honest i might just saying if you have a problem with me overtaking you find...

move to the dark side lol

Happy New bike day, you'll love it :). Honestly what is all this bollox about pulling faces and making stupid comments when an emtb passes someone up hill, is it jealousy ? Its not like any of these cu"ts are in a competition . To be honest maybe I'm just as guilty as those guys. When i come...

    New rider looking for advice.

To be honest don't worry about second hand values there going to be worthless after a few months, I guess my 3700 cube is worth around 2k at best after 4 months so don't even start to let that get into your head, just buy it and enjoy the thing :)

    New rider looking for advice.

That's the funniest thing I've read for ages and possibly true on many accounts :) To be honest go full suspension, i purchased a bike at Christmas, never even sat on an emtb before buying it but sort of new i would enjoy it. My budget was 3500 max but settled on a cube 140 2020 bike at 3700...

    Another convert !!

Cheers guys, my arse hurts today after a pathetic 15 miles lol. To be fair I haven't ridded my old mtb for 15 years so its time to man up. 15 years isn't that long but it does take you from a young fairly fit 35 year old to an overweight 50 year old in the blink of an eye :(

    Another convert !!

Decided to treat myself, after weeks of googling I dropped a deposit on a new cube 140, I was going to get one of the discounted older models but thought if I don't buy the latest and greatest I might be disappointed  To be honest I reckon I would of been happy with either, never...
