Like the others said there is no harm in a test ride, although honestly for that budget I would hold off on an EMtb and just get an ecommuter bike or just a nice new light hardtail
From the various reviews I've trawled through it seems like the general consensus about the levo comp is that it's price and spec really let's it down, not to say it isn't a fantastic bike but even at the discounted price of 5.5k the suspension just looks woefully overpriced.
(Not a massively...
I am still waiting to buy my ebike but have pestered the good people here and done a bunch of research and have ended up deciding on the vitus esommet 297 vrx, it's 5k rn (not in stock but shouldn't be too long) and is probably the best bike for your money except from post sales support...
I've done a bit more research and with the sales the vitus esommet vrx at 5k just seems worth it tbh, and with the extra money I can just use it to get it serviced at cycle world and grows relationship with them
The range is actually not much less than other bikes because of the detuned motor and lighter weight but yes I did factor that in and I think I'm getting it for free with my dealer
Lovelyyyyy if I remember correctly the funding they used to freshen the blue up was from winning the mbuk competition so hopefully this year will hold done interesting developments
