I’ve been using a Garmin 530 on my 2020 Trance (4000+ kms) and now a 2022 Reign. I’ve recorded 500kms on the Reign without issue (linked via ANT+) but part way through my last ride, and again today, the speed recording is reduced to half. My backup Apple Watch confirmed this.

In the household we have two 2020 ebikes (Giant Trance and Liv Intrigue). Same motor (the Pro) with same software and hardware versions as reported by the app but in SmartAssist (Auto) mode they don’t feel the same power wise.

I’m having issues connecting a Garmin 530 to my Trance 2020. Connects to another Giant ebike (same motor, year, firmware etc) without issue but mine has previously been paired to a Bryton computer (that still works when turned on).
Perhaps that is the issue but there’s no way of unpairing or...
