Eventually …. Can feel the difference immediately , even just on a short XC ride home. Actually have some rebound damping now and no more harshness or bucking. Was considering selling it as thought the changes for me would be limited …. How wrong was I ….. 😳👍👍
I suggested overheating to the bike shop … I am a big lad at 18st and it was a long turbo climb ( although it was in granny gear ) . They said it would have thrown a fault code . Bike is going into the shop today so will see what happens with the new motor
i Was a bit peed off as planned to do the top of East then ride up west and home via Leslie …. I suppose I should be grateful it got me home eh 😂. The funny thing is 10 mins before I was thinking how good a bike it actually was … now I’m always going to wonder if I should have gone Bosch again ...

Is it ok to transport a bike with the dropper down for extended amounts of time ? Pretty sure I’m going to have to put mine down to get it in the back of the car but curious as to whether the pressure can damage seals ?.
Looking at retailers I see I can make a substantial saving in buying an older rear shock.
Looking at buying a float X2 factory and see the 21 model can be £150 ish cheaper .
Is the difference even noticeable to an old useless dude like me ?
Having read this thread from the beginning …. I’m even more baffled than when I started . Bike ordered today with 170mm 38s . I now want the LT kit but have no idea if I want air or coil . I won’t be doing big hits or drop offs. I’m a lard ass at about 112 in riding gear ….

I think I am about to pull the trigger on a Kenevo Expert today . 5 ft 11 1/2 and would have bought the S4 but plan to mullet it or go full 29 over time. My question is would you think a S3 size would be better considering my plans ?
