I carry one as well, fortunately it happened only once more time during one of my tours, after than I put a good amount of blue threadlocker and it's still holding. It's also useful to mark bolt with white marker on the inner side of the frame, so you can see easily if it's unscrewing.

Hello, update my issue with my freehub, I tried to pull in any ways but it won't come out more than this. Next step is trying to hit the inner axle with a hammer and a piece of wood, holding the freehub with the cassette installed. 😓

I've already used two times, perfect and as I said you can use it with a torque wrench with a 1/2" adaptor. You need a ISIS crank puller as well, after you unscrewed the 8mm hex bolt on crank.

Ok, but this is an old hub, mine has the instant drive ratchet system, freehub should come off simply by pulling the freehub itself, that's why I asked if I was mistaking anything.

It's my new Mondraker Crafty's wheelset, I wanted to make my first freehub service, so it's first time I attempt to open rear hub. I'll try as you suggested, thank you again.
