I bought a used 2019 Powerfly 9.7 two months ago with Bosch CX Gen 2 and the bike is 16 months old.
The left bearing is shot, and my LBS told me that Bosch USA does not want to replace the motor under warranty as I’m not the initial buyer. Do you think it is accurate?
My motor gave up at 2000 miles after 11 months of ownership. Regular issue with bearing and clutch bearing.
Anyway the bike has been at the lbs since end of May 2020. Bosch USA said they are waiting for motor replacement as they ran of out stock.
ETA is end of July.

I have a question about how often you are servicing your RockSchox fork and rear shock. I did my 50 hours service at 1,000 miles and now I have over 2,000 miles.
Btw I service my post dropper and it make a big difference. Is it the same for the suspension?

Quick review of the rail 9.7.
My friend bought a rail 9.7 and I’m having the powerfully 9.7 from 2019.
At first, the color of the rail 9.7 is not appealing as it is dull gray and black for the U.S. Market. You will have to pay an extra $500 to get an exciting color.

I need to replace my NX Eagle cassette and freehub on my powerplay 9.7. I have 2000 miles on it.
I’m planning to switch from an 11-50 NX 1230 cassette to a 10-50 GX 1275. I will also replace the freehub to an XD type. The current freehub does not look very good and generate strange noises...

My bike is having 1800miles and I will change the chain for the second time.
I take. Look at the sprocket (15 T on Bosch CX).
I believe the sprocket is fine. Please confirm what I’m seeing.
