Recently picked up a Box 8 speed set up for £65 bargain 😁 But the shifter is awful . So after a Google I bought a Shimano SL M315 8 speed shifter that the internet said would work ....it didn't ,it wouldn't shift to the top and the bottom 3 were all messed up . So back on with the Box shifter ...

Pads are probably glazed and just need a sanding , for a better option if available for your brakes may i suggest Galfer purple pads . Excellent braking and last for ages.

So I need to replace my cranks on my Raymon Fullray . They're branded Raymon cranks but believe them to be EC40s 165mm. Anyone know of other compatible cranks JIS/Square fitting in the same or possible shorter length in the UK. 🤞
