I’m in the uk and bought my cube from a shop miles away. My local cube/bosch dealer would deal with warranty on both but only for parts, not labour.

Two wrong’uns don’t make a right

My local cube dealer would only cover parts on warranty, not labour, as I bought the bike elsewhere. Took me over 3 weeks just to get a replacement battery.

I swapped out the kiox 300 for the purion 200. No regrets. But then the only thing I’m interested in seeing battery level.
